Croissant is an AI agentic automation lab for small businesses and agencies. Founded in 2025, the team builds focused AI agents and connected workflows around the tools a business already uses. Typical scopes include inbox triage, CRM handoffs, reporting, document summaries and research with sources.

Work starts with a defined process, the data it needs, permissions and human review points. Croissant then scopes the implementation, tests the workflow and provides documentation and handover. Public interactive demos illustrate the approach using synthetic examples rather than customer data.

The service menu is priced in USD: a workflow audit is $250, a first-agent project starts at $1,500, connected workflows start at $3,500, and ongoing care starts at $250 per month. Custom combinations are available by written quote. Software subscriptions, hosting and AI/API usage are separate; deliverables and costs are agreed before work begins.
