Swiss Product Studio

Swiss Product Studio is a Zurich-based studio building AI agents, workflow automation, internal tools, software and websites for growing companies across Europe and North America.

Founded in March 2021, we turn operational problems into working systems. Our work connects the tools and data a company already uses, with approval points where AI decisions have consequences.

Projects include sales and CRM automation, finance operations, research systems, customer support workflows, internal portals and dashboards. Examples include an expense-data pipeline that gave a finance team a working day back each month, investment research that keeps memos current while preserving human judgement, and weekly customer-feedback analysis for product teams.

We start with a scope and build systems that clients can access, understand and maintain. Progress is shared throughout delivery, with documentation and walkthroughs. Clients own their accounts, workflows, databases, data and application repositories.

Minimum project budget: CHF 4,000. Hourly rates start at CHF 100.
