Rubik Hub announces the opening of applications for a new cohort of the MVP Accelerator, designed for startups with a functional MVP. The program is open to teams from Romania and Italy looking to reach their first customers, based on the premise that an early-stage startup should attract customers first, and capital next. Applications are open at https://rubikhub.com/programs/mvp-accelerator-2026, with the application deadline extended to October 9.

The equity-free and fee-free program is supported by Nucleo Ventures as its strategic investment partner, which is willing to invest €150,000 in the startup with the highest potential that aligns with their investment thesis and criteria.

Rubik Hub has been recognized by the Financial Times as one of the top accelerators in Europe, ranking 55th out of 180 and 13th in Europe for networking.

About the program

In this edition, founders will focus on what matters most for a startup with an already functional MVP: building a solid go-to-market (GTM) and sales strategy.

The curriculum covers topics such as defining the ideal customer profile and validating market demand; product positioning and value proposition; building the sales pipeline and sales process; outreach strategies for potential customers; pricing strategy; customer
discovery and product validation; pitch deck development and public speaking; as well as preparing for the next stage of growth and a potential pre-seed funding round.

The surprise element of the program are the feedback sessions with potential clients, giving startups the opportunity to receive direct feedback, better understand market needs, validate their solutions, and identify potential collaboration opportunities. The program also
includes workshops and personalized 1:1 sessions with mentors: sales experts and other relevant specialists, investors, and startup founders who have already gone through similar processes.

The accelerator will run from October 20 to December 16, 2026, in a hybrid format. There will be two key in-person moments in Bucharest. The first is the Founders Bootcamp, taking place on November 11-12, where selected startups will meet the Rubik Hub team, cohort, and some of the mentors in person. The program will conclude with a Demo Day in December, where founders will present their progress to an audience of investors, potential customers, and mentors.

Who can apply?

The program is open to startups from Romania and Italy, or startups operating in these
markets, that meet the following criteria:

● Have a functional MVP, beta version, or early-stage product
● Have an established team or at least two co-founders with strong industry expertise
● Have evidence of market demand, such as pilot projects, customer interviews, or other forms of traction
● Most importantly, want to learn how to acquire their first customers

The program is open to all verticals, with a particular focus on: AI & Emerging Technologies, Climate Tech & Sustainability, Smart Cities, Manufacturing & Industry 4.0, FinTech, HealthTech, E-commerce & RetailTech.

€150,000 Investment Opportunity

The 10th edition of a Rubik Hub accelerator program brings an important €150,000 funding opportunity from Nucleo Ventures.

“We are pleased to support Rubik Hub’s work and community once again. We believe the program designed by the team can have a real impact, helping participating startups make significant progress in their development and market expansion. We look forward to being
able to say that we are investing in a program alumnus, as we have done in previous editions,
” says Valentin Filip, Executive Partner at Nucleo Ventures.

Zenithon Raises $10M to Make Extreme Physics Iterate at AI Speed

A fusion reactor, rocket engine or semiconductor process can take days to simulate properly, which means even the best engineering teams are forced to explore only a fraction of the designs they could theoretically build. Zenithon is betting that AI can turn that bottleneck into an advantage. The UK AI startup has raised $10 million […]

OuterSignal Raises $22M for Agentic Customer Intelligence

An ecommerce brand can know that you spent $186.40, opened three emails, bought twice in six months and used a discount code on your first order. It can still have no idea who you are. OuterSignal was built around that strange imbalance. Modern commerce software remembers transactions exceptionally well, yet the relationship behind those transactions […]

Kuro Raises €10M to Build AI for General Contractors

A multimillion-euro construction mistake can begin with something surprisingly small: one sentence in a specification that does not match a drawing, buried somewhere inside hundreds of pages nobody had enough time to cross-check. General contractors live with that problem on every major project. Sales teams, estimators, procurement specialists and site managers work across drawings, specifications, […]
