Encore AI has raised a $30 million Series A, led by Team8, with participation from Planven, Y. Lukatz Tech Investments and The Garage. Several banks and insurers also joined the round after first using Encore’s platform as customers. Their names were not disclosed.
Founded in 2022 by Dvir Ginzburg, Encore analyzes calls, emails, messages and CRM records through what it calls interaction mining. The system identifies which questions, explanations and approaches helped successful employees move customer conversations forward.
Those patterns are turned into AI playbooks that can coach employees during live conversations or power autonomous voice and text agents. This places Encore within the broader shift toward agentic AI systems trained on company-specific behavior rather than generic scripts.
Encore says it serves more than 40 enterprise customers, primarily banks and other financial institutions. The company also reports that annual recurring revenue has increased more than fivefold since its Seed round, although exact revenue figures were not disclosed.
The funding will support U.S. sales growth and larger deployments across regulated financial organizations. The round also adds Encore to the expanding group of enterprise AI and startup funding companies turning institutional knowledge into operational software.
Encore’s advantage will depend on whether its agents can continue learning from real customer behavior while meeting the accuracy, privacy and compliance standards required by financial institutions.
